Most items ship within 3 business days.
If the product listing states that it is a custom-made piece, please allow a 4–6 week lead time for creation before shipping. -
All work is packed with great care using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece is wrapped and cushioned to prevent movement during transit. Sustainability is considered wherever possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Yes! International shipping is available. Please see shipping cost details below.

For Australia-wide purchases, shipping for online items ranges from $20–$60, depending on the piece. All items are insured and express posted. For larger works, we use an art courier, which will be quoted once the order is placed.
For international orders, shipping ranges from $30–$100 for online items. All shipments are insured and sent via express international.

Custom work typically requires 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. This timeline includes design, creation, drying, glazing, and firing.
